abc99 Responsible Gambling Guide
abc99 believes that gambling is entertainment only. We are committed to ensuring your safety and well-being.
Why Is Responsible Gambling Important?
At abc99 we believe online gaming can be an enjoyable and safe form of entertainment — as long as it is experienced in moderation and with awareness. However, for some people gambling can become a problem, affecting their personal life, family, and financial situation.
That is why abc99 has made responsible gaming policy a top priority from the start. Our platform includes a range of protection tools to help you keep your playing habits in check. On this page you will find details about those tools, the warning signs to watch for, and how to get help.
Please note: abc99 is strictly for people aged 21 and above. Access by minors is completely prohibited.
abc99 Protection Tools
We provide several effective tools to keep you informed and safe. All of them can be activated from your account at any time.
Deposit Limits
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly upper limit on deposits. Once the limit is reached, abc99 automatically stops accepting further deposits, so there is no way to exceed your budget.
Session Time Limits
Decide in advance how long you want to play in one session. When the set time is up, abc99 sends you a warning and, if needed, ends the session automatically.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period your account is temporarily suspended and no deposits or bets are possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is getting out of control, you can exclude yourself for a fixed period or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is completely closed.
Playing History Review
When you log in to your account you can view a detailed playing history — how long you played, how much you deposited, and how much you won or lost. This information helps you analyse your own habits.
24/7 Support Team
Our support team is available around the clock in Bengali and English. If you have any concerns about your gambling, contact us at any time via live chat or by email at [email protected].
For 21+ Only
To participate on abc99 you must be 21 years of age or older. We verify age at the time of account registration. If a minor attempts to use abc99, their account will be closed immediately. Parents and guardians are advised to monitor children's and teenagers' online activity and to use parental control software.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the following in yourself, it is time to seek help:
- You are spending more than your budget and gambling with borrowed money.
- You keep playing repeatedly to try to win back money you have lost ("chasing losses").
- You cannot stop playing and keep thinking "just one more time".
- You are spending less time with family or friends and losing focus at work.
- You are hiding how much you play or how much you have lost, and lying about it.
- When you are not playing you feel restless, anxious, or irritable.
- You see gambling as a solution to financial problems.
The Best Ways to Play Safely
Follow these simple guidelines for an enjoyable experience at abc99:
- Set a fixed budget before you play and do not spend more than that.
- Set a time limit — avoid playing for hours on end without a break.
- Avoid playing when you are stressed, sad, or angry.
- Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Treat winnings as a bonus, not a source of income.
- Use abc99's deposit limit and time-out tools on your own initiative.
- Talk openly with family members about your playing habits.
Self-Exclusion & Account Restrictions
abc99 gives you the ability to control your own account at three levels:
Short-Term Break
24 hours to 7 days — a chance to clear your head. Once the period ends, the account is reactivated automatically.
Long-Term Break
1 month to 6 months — for a more serious break. Requests to reopen the account before the period is up are not accepted.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
The account is closed completely and permanently. It cannot be reactivated afterwards.
